Responsible for formulating Town's annual budget and appropriations and oversee its administration. Direct oversight of Town Administrator, Town Attorney and Town Judge. Draft Town legislation and municipal code and Comprehensive Plan. Create and direct implementation of Town's plans to provide a safe, secure hometown environment in accordance with Town and state laws and regulations .
